Bio

Raised in a little university town on the prairie, at 18 Alissa drove east on I-80 and wound up at Northwestern University, where she graduated with honors in English and Creative Writing. After a year-long jaunt to Boston, she returned to Chicago and began her life at Studio Gang. When not dreaming in red pencil, she can be found reading Proust and style blogs, running along the Lake, and exploring rusty places with her trusty Pentax.
