Having grown up in Chicago surrounded by Mies, Sullivan, and Frank Lloyd Wright, Harry was destined to become an architect. He attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he split his time between architecture and film studies. Architecture won out and, needing to seek The Truth is Out There, Harry ventured to St. Louis in pursuit of his Master of Architecture at Washington University. There his electives included more film studies and a year-long studio in glass blowing.
Having created numerous ill-shaped glass vessels of indeterminate use, Harry realized architecture really was his calling and returned to his native habitat of Chicago, where today he is a Senior Project Manager for Studio Gang. Over his 20 years of professional experience he’s gained extensive knowledge and skill through leading a wide range of large-scale institutional, commercial, historic renovation, and multi-family residential projects.
