Wanted: Tall Buildings, Less Iconic More Specific

With 954 people from 43 countries in attendance to witness over 100 presentations from the world’s experts in all disciplines of tall buildings – as well as engage in building technical tours, the accompanying exhibition and numerous social-networking events – the conference was the Council’s most successful congress in its 40-year history. The post congress review celebrates some of the best moments of the 8th World Congress, held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates March 3-5, 2008, including Jeanne Gang's lecture, "Wanted: Tall Buildings, Less Iconic More Specific."
